HardiPlank on ST. Johns 2 story- Suprise under existing siding.
We were hired to install HardiePlank on the majority of this house. A contractor previously installed Hardi on the south wall of the house, we noticed the install was not correct, we removed the trim and found rot, so we removed everything. A lesson to learn also for homeowners- Annually inspect your caulking at the trim, this one had never been re-caulked.
Notice the rot at all four corners of the window.
The studs on both sides of the window were rotten. Below, we have put it back together, with the HardiWrap installed and the HardieTrim properly installed and ready for the siding.

Two types of Garage door screens are available.
1. Removable sliding panels. Typical configuration on a 12′ door is 4 tracks (think sliding glass doors, but screens) with 4 panels that are 3′ wide each. Pros- least expensive, my price is $750 per 12′ door.
Cons- the door usually stays in place, the tracks get in the way, can be crushed by your car.

Pros- tracks out of the way when not in use, easy to operate.
Cons- more expensive. My price is $995 installed on a door up to 18′ wide, 7′ tall.

This customer wanted to replace his rotten wooden bow window, the problem is bow windows are expensive. We removed the bow window and brick then installed PGT series 400 vinyl picture windows.
