• Complete removal of the window trim
• Complete removal of the existing window
• Re-measure each bare opening before installation to assure proper fit
• Inspection of the substrate and window cavity, and needed repairs made
• Application of a weather-resistant silicon caulk to window seal
• All nail fin windows get weather-resistant tape over nail fins to substrate for added weather protection
• Expert installation by highly-trained Martin Home Exteriors window team
• Industry leading “10 point inspection” walk through on every window.

100% Cleanup and Completion: We want you to be 100% satisfied every day we are at your home, not just after we've left.

• We clean and safeguard the site at the end of each day
• We collect nails and any potentially dangerous small debris using a magnetic wheel
• You approve final cleaning upon completion; we don't leave until you are happy.
